7404-217 FREIMANN aluminum plane. We've seen a few other example of this plane, but have no idea whether the patent was ever granted, or even exactly what it does. It looks like a grooving plane, but has two separate adjustable fences both of which pivot upward. 12" long aluminum body with "Freimann" and "Patent Applied For" cast into sides.
