6904-366 Barrel smoothing plane. Okay, that's a guess. Unmarked, but definitely manufactured and probably patented, it has rollers at the toe and heel and a rotating adjustable bed to hold the cutter, but the cutter is missing. Clearly designed for curved outer surfaces. Good (PLH806) 50 - 100
