7003-020 Skew cutter chariot plane. Appears to be Irish in style and user made, 7" long and 2-1/8" wide with 1-5/8" skew cutter, wedge looks like rosewood and bun at toe is oak and concave to allow for a thumb to rest inside. Some casting flaws on cheek, crack at throat. Unusual. Good 75-150 (MGE59)
