7204-127 GOODELL PRATT No. 215 corner brace. Fairly uncommon corner brace, patented 5/9/05 by Albert Goodell. Handle is spring-loaded and allows it to be adjusted to different angles, as well as folded up into a square for storage or transport. Well worn with surface rust but works smoothly.
