7004-317 Lot of five English levels. A 10" sighitng level with outboard plumb by J. RABONE & SONS, and four round end bench levels by MARPLES (10", ebony, heavy brass top plate and fee), HOCKLEY ABBEY (9", red beech); an unmarked one stamped "Joseph Thomas, Dover" (8", rosewood); and E. PRESTON & SONS (8", rosewood). The Rabone sighting level is in rough shape, worn with plumb vial and some screws missing, but the other four are in very nice condition, especially the Marples. The rating is for the other four and we're throwing the Rabone in. Good+ 120 - 200 (CBM921)
