7004-028 Lot of two No. 36 combination rules. One by STEPHENS & CO., other by CHAPIN-STEPHENS CO. The C-S one has staining to boxwood, tarnished brass and some discoloration and chip on blade but vial wet. The Stephens is cleaner with good vial and a little tarnish to brass.
